Welcome to Savita Niwas……
Savita Nivas is a 4 Non AC rooms homestay located at the Chivla beach itself.
All the rooms have sea view, are double bedded and have attached western and indian style toilets.
The rooms are built in two blocks; the new block have larger rooms. Authentic malvani breakfast is available on prior notice. The guests can also dine at Silver sand restaurant, which is quite basic but have a good sea view.

We stayed at Savita Nivas in 2020. The place is really good, reasonable and well-kept. Owned by a friendly family. It is located right opposite the beach and has hammocks, benches, shower etc. inside the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Savita Nivas.
I visited this place on 7th and 8th May 2018 and was very impressed by the location and the spic and span cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings The owner Mr Santosh Parab and his family trat their customers as their family members. The rooms are spacious and airy and does not require A/C. It was a great experience and plan to visit this place again

Awesome place to stay, Chivala beach is 5 secs away, great hospitality of the owner. Great views, clean place…….overall a great experience and a very recommended place to stay. Rock Garden, Jai Ganesh Mandir, Bamboo restaurant, Malwan market are all at a walkable distance. Very convenient place to stay!
I was here for a three day trip for new year party. The owner (Mr. Parab) is a very good and helpful man. This hotel has got the best location, ao dont go on the name… this place is close to every point. The hotel has beach at your door steps. Very clean place. He arranged us for scuba diving(we went for cylinder dive) water sports etc.. most famous places like atithi bamboo, rock garden, sindhudurg fort(I mean bunder jetti) is at walkable distance..
What to expect at this trip:
White sand, pleasent atmosphere, feel of a personalised beach, picturesque location and many good feelings overall..
Just go for this place.
It was wonderful experience in staying at Savita Niwas at Chivla beach. The location of home stay was exotic – right in front of the beach. This beach is more beautiful and less crowded than any other beach including Tarkarli beach. Location of Savita Niwas is unique one and you may not find such a location anywhere in and around Malvan/Tarkarli. Service and cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. It is full marks to Savita Niwas from my family.
