Narvekar brothers are in hotels industry from last 15 years.

Recently set up AC & Non AC hotel located at the entry of Malvan city, next to the petrol pump.

It has a specious dinning hall with seating capacity of 70 + people. Inside the arrangement is no means simply decorated.

Though Parijat is virtually synonymous with flower, it provide a fair bit of variety in Malvani style of seafood, chicken, mutton and vegetarian food. This restaurants operates on a strict code of hygiene and quality in daily fresh food procurement as well as in the kitchen preparation.

The culture of Malvan, which reveals itself in many ways, is also reflected in its local cuisine. Overlooking the vast expanse of the Arabian Sea is the western state of Maharashtra, which presents a strong blend of the traditional and the contemporary-each co-existing with the other with surprising ease.

Cuisines – Popular Delicacies:

The cuisine of Malvan has its own distinctive flavors and tastes. The coastal area boasts of its own cuisine, which is a homogeneous combination of Konkani, Malvani, and Goan cuisines. A lot of spices are used which have dry Red Chilies and other spices like coriander seeds, Peppercorns, Cumin, Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic etc. Some dishes also use Kokum, dried Kokam (Amsul), Tamarind, and Raw Mango (Kairi), Seafood Specialties.

USAL:

This is a very popular and delicious dish made of various sprouts in spicy curry.
GHAVANE:

It is a soft & thin rice dosa and is especially popular in Sindhudurg district. Its netted appearance gives it an even more enigmatic feel..

SOLKADI:

This is an energizing & appetizing drink, highly popular in Maharashtra. It is made from coconut milk and kokum. It tastes tangy and sour.

MALVANI VEG THALI : Combination of Chapati/bhakari, Vegetable, Usal, Rice, Pickle, Papad and Solkadhi.

FISH CURRY:

It is a dish consisting of small fishes cooked in traditional Malvani fish curry.

NON-VEGETARIAN CHICKEN/ MUTTON :
KOMBDI VADE:

This non-vegetarian dish is quite popular one. The dish consists of the traditional Malvani chicken curry (including chicken pieces with bones), vade (also known as puri, which is a fluffy, fried bread of wheat, jowari and corn).

SAGOTHI VADE:

This non-vegetarian dish is quite popular one. The dish consists of the traditional Malvani mutton curry (including mutton pieces with bones), vade (also known as puri, which is a fluffy, fried bread of wheat, jowari and corn).

MALVANI MUTTON MASALA:

It is a highly popular dish in the entire Konkan region. Tender pieces of mutton are cooked in a coconut based gravy.
